results without exercise. Its a scientific fact that exercise
will help you look better and it will improve the quality and
quantity of your life.
There's
really no two ways about it - if you want
to look your best, feel your best, and have a greater chance
of living a longer healthier life, you've got to exercise!
Now
the question remains.... What type of exercise is best?
Any exercise is better than
no exercise at all. Walking around the block, or simply walking up
and
down a flight of stairs is better than just sitting there, doing nothing.
We believe the best form of
exercise for anybody is weight training. We are convinced this form
of exercise has more benefits
than any other type of exercise in the
world.
