weight training, you can not only build and "sculpt"
your body you can also significantly increase
your metabolic rate (the rate at which your body burns calories).
As you may or may not know, when you gain muscle, your body
requires more energy to retain that new muscle because it
is "metabolically
active". Fat weight doesn't require any
energy to maintain - it just sits there. Thus, the more muscle
you build,
the easier it
will be for you to stay lean.
