As an NFPT 1st class trainer, i provide my clients with a wholistic training routine in conjunction with a supportive nutrition program designed to suit the individual. I have been working in the health&fitness industry for more than 5 years now and am also an accomplished inline skater. Our aim is to help clients reach and maintain their goals.

Brad Venter - With 10 years weight training experience and a human movement diploma from the University of Westville, Durban. I can give my clients a broad spectrum of training options, from weight loss to nutrition. All designed to the individuals needs and personal goals. I will also be intoducing Sports Massage Therapy in 2006.
